Meet Jane

Jane Gerard has over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment and human resources. Specializing in the public relations, social media, and marketing industries, Jane has placed top job seekers in positions ranging from Assistant Account Executive to Executive Vice President.

For years, Jane had been connecting top talent with select employers. Her corporate recruitment experience includes titles held at Rubenstein PR, Calvin Klein Inc. and Prada USA. In 2009, Jane began her own recruiting agency to help job applicants and employers on a larger scale. With the launch of Jane Gerard Executive Search, Jane now applies her mission, expertise, and proven methods to a select roster of qualified job seekers and employers, spanning multiple regions and cities.

With a BS in Management from Binghamton University and a MA in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College, paired with membership in the Women’s Business Owners Network (WBON), Jane has the credentials and breadth of knowledge necessary to consult with employers effectively on a broad range of recruiting and human resource programs.

Personally, Jane currently lives with her husband and three daughters. She believes integrity and focusing on the good in life is the secret to happiness.
